4 miles from downtown Bandera, on 12 acres is perfect for gatherings, this guest home has everything you might need: a master spa magnetic therapy hot tub, a saltwater pool with lighted covered patio with living and dining area, 56' television, outdoor kitchen complete with gas grill, griddle, frozen drink machines, ice cream machines, lighted Sport Court for basketball and shuffleboard, disc golf, Cornhole game, darts, ping pong and a TREE FORT. The home has a family suite with king bed and bathroom with shower that also opens to the 2nd bedroom of the family suite with King bed and two twin beds. A third bedroom with king bed and a bathroom with stand up shower. A completely enclosed porch with a wood burning fireplace, sofa seating area and TV, three twin beds and a queen bed is just off the pool deck.
