If there are the excessive stains, dirts and trashes left at the property, there will be additional cleaning fees imposed.brbr4. The guests are solely responsible for any injuries, lost or stolen items during the stay. For the guests with pets, please clean after your pets. Please don’t bring the pets to the furnitures or beds. If there is the evidence of pet’s hairs on the furnitures and (or) beds, there will be extra $300 cleaning fees applied. Please bring the pet supplies and foods yourself, and keep the pet in the crater or the fenced backyard while you are gone. The guests are fully responsible for any damages caused by the pets.brbr5. Dove Hollow can sleep up to 22 people on top of the line foam mattresses with luxury linens, toiletries and everything you need for the kitchen(s).brbrIn the main house the master bedroom downstairs has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and bunk bed, the 3rd bedroom has a king bed and there is a crib in that room, they share a full bath between them. Upstairs bedroom 4 has a king bed, bedroom 5 has a queen, twin and bunkbeds. They share a jack and Jill full bath.brbrThere is a queen sleeper in the living room downstairs. There is a queen sleeper in the garage apartment living room. In bedroom 6 in the apartment there is a queen bed, in bedroom 7 there is a twin bed. There is a full bath in the garage apartment. There is a circular drive when you get to the house and there is ample parking on the property.
