If you are still in the home after 10:15am, an additional night charge may be incurred unless otherwise arranged.brbrKitchen: Help yourself to use anything in the kitchen. We provide an initial supply of coffee, cooking utensils should you wish to cook, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils used prior to leaving in the dishwasher. $50 dirty dish cleaning fee by the cleaning company. brbrBackyard: The private newly fenced backyard comes with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating area. If you decide to use the charcoal grill, please make sure you empty the ashes and clean the grill. If the grill is not cleaned, there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee. brbrCooling/Heating: There is a nest thermostat that controls the AC and heat, if you could please leave the home at 70F when leaving that would be greatly appreciated. brbrNoise: As neighbors are around the property, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 9 pm and before 8 am. There is a $150 noise complaint fee during quiet hours.brbrParties: No parties allowed. $2000 party penalty fee.
