This is a private one bedroom, one bath condo on the first floor, located in North/Central Austin - a prime and convenient area to a lot of amenities and not far from The Domain, Q2 Stadium (home of Austin FC), The Arboretum and Downtown. You'll have the entire condo to yourself, which comes with a comfy queen mattress for a great night's sleep, spacious closet, air mattress (if needed), fully stocked kitchen and washer & dryer. WiFi and basic cable are included. A custom sliding barn door helps separate the bedroom from the living room. The shower was renovated in Feb of 2024, and the HVAC is new as of June 2024. Just a heads up - every unit on the first floor can hear their neighbors above them, so know that you may hear my upstairs neighbors from time to time.
