Cute Riverside Townhome close to DT, the Airport, and everything else Austin!

We stayed at this property after moving back from out of state while we waited for our house to be finished. It was absolutely perfect for our little family (2 adults & a 1yo) with plenty of room to be comfortable. It's an older place, but has some really cute updates and was very clean. Loved that we had Roku to entertain our kiddo, perfectly working internet for working from home, laundry, and our favorite part...the big master bed was so comfortable I wish I could have taken it with me when we left. Communication was excellent the whole time we were there. They provided a guide to the house that had everything we needed to know from passwords, to little quirks about the house, to good restaurants and entertainment nearby. We also had a concern about the A/C when we first arrived (the upstairs was warm but downstairs was cool) and they had a technician out to check on it that same day. It's easy to get anywhere in the city being so close to 35 and everything on Riverside, but we also enjoyed walks in the big open common space behind the property. Lots of shady oak trees for escaping the heat and running out my toddler's energy. Nice neighbors too! I would 100% stay here again. Great place, great people, everything we needed and more.

What a fantastic property - and VRBO is the best in the business when it comes to Customer/Traveler care. We arrived (early) just as the cleaning crew was finishing up and it was spotless and fresh smelling and everything looked like it was ready for a Good House Keeping photo spread. The owners have exquisite design stills with a perfect blend of bright colors and calming beige furniture, Everything exudes class and fashion. You already know it's a town house with a comfortably sized kitchen (roomy enought for a couple to work together) great appliances (but a limited sized microwive) and fillled with all the tools necessary to make and serve a meal for 4++. A large table at the front window and comfortable chairs provide the formal seating. Loved the spacious pantry and numerous cabinets. More eating options in the large living room. TV trays and tables porvide an option to watch the Roku flatscreen over the working fireplace. All the furniture was Ultra comfortable. A door leads out to an enclosed garden area with more comfortable seating and tables. In the hallway is a pleasant half bath to provide a rest-room stop for the lower level. A narrow and somewhat steep staircase lleads to two .spacious bedrooms. The one in the front is cleaverly furnished with a work desk and chair and a Murphy Bed, when up provides a great deal of space for.. well, whatever. The EnSite is well sized and has a good sized shower. One entire wall is the mirrored closet, all the space you will need for your clothes for a week or a month. A door opens up to a delightful balcony, with a railing to prevent any one or thing from falling off. The connecting hallway is a full sized washer/drier The back bedroom feels more spacious and has a flat screen TV over the large dresser. Again, a fell wall closet is capible of holding 5 or 6 big suitcases of clothing. Two tall lights flank the king/queen bed and provide a place for your stuff. The bathroom is large with a shower/tub combo, wide sink area and good lighting. this bedroom, too, has a balcony similar to the front, but is more private and overloks one of the great pleasures of the complex. It is in a grove of magnificant Live Oak trees. Across the front driveway you can walk into a huge private park populated by dozens and dozens of these exptrordinary specimins. If you have never seen an array of hundred year old Live Oaks this one feature alone makes it a DESTINATION property. 5 stars
