    Jodi was awesome, any questions I had about the area were answered promptly. The property was comfortable, and easy to navigate. You can hear the the interstate traffic, but if you run the fan it drowns it out. It’s not as noticeable in the living area.I would stay here again

    Overall was at location for 5 weeks and was able to walk to UT campus with no issues. Property was as listed and equipped for rooms, bath, kitchen to enable long term stay. In general there was road and hospital noise as the main detractors, but access to UT over-rode those issues. Kitchen has modern/redone features sufficient for 2 to cook. Beds comfortable. Would select again if need long-term in Austin.

    This property was perfect for being close to campus for game day. We were able to walk to the stadium without the hassle of driving, parking or calling an Uber. Unit was very clean and had nice little amenities like coffee and bathroom products. Only recommendation would be to update the mattress in the master. It was a little dated and could have been more comfortable. But for the price this property met our expectations.

    The place had to be vacumned, both floors and furniture, before we began our stay. There were empty plastic shampoo bottles in the tub. There was animal hair on the furniture. The neighborhood is very noisy. In addition, the front door was difficult as it has been broken into. When the owner was contacted, she said she had just been there and that the place was clean. She also thought that the beer she left would make up for not returning out cleaning deposit!!

    We had a great stay in Austin! The apartment was really really nice and it was located conveniently near the University of Texas. I was there with my family for my sister's graduation. We were able to walk everywhere, which was really nice as finding parking can be very cumbersome. The apartment itself was very nice, we felt at home. We were 7 people staying in he place and, although a bit cozy, we were able to fit nicely. Thank you! :D
