The neighborhood is very safe and walkable with world class shopping and dining minutes away. There is a top-notch convenience store called 1st Food Mart with craft beers and all essentials 2 blocks away. There are also several very popular restaurants across the street including Elizabeth St. Cafe, a local fixture for casual Vietnamese fare. My personal favorite BBQ join, Terry Black's, is a casual 0.7 mile walk from the house. I advise going at off hours if you want to avoid lines.brbrGETTING AROUND:brbrDriveway parking for one car. Ample street parking. Electric scooters are prevalent in the neighborhood. Ride shares are always available. Just a short 10 minute walk from South Congress restaurants and shopping. 1 mile to Lady Bird Lake running trail and dog park. 1.5 miles to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. 15 minute Uber ride from the airport.
