You likely won't need a car, but if you have one, we offer an off-street parking spot behind our remote controlled gate (it's perfect for normal sized cars, but we can't accommodate camper vans or long trucks).brbrAs we are next to a lively area, including a boutique, 4 star hotel, you may catch some of the buzz from South Congress, especially on weekends. That said, we're also nestled next to a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we’re committed to being great neighbors—so no parties, please. Think relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, not rowdy nights out.brbrYou should also know our home has a modern style with tall ceilings and lots of light-filled rooms with high-up windows. Some of the windows don't require or accommodate coverings. While there is ample privacy, you will not have the ability to black out rooms. We do have fresh eye masks and earplugs for your use, but if you need full control of the light, this will not be the best place for you.brbrFinally, there are stairs! We technically have 3 stories, so you will need to carry your luggage (and yourself) up the stairs.
