It's a 3500 square foot modern cabin style home, with room for everyone! 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with enough beds for 8 people (two people per room). Enjoy a full kitchen complete with fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, gas stove and a double oven. The large pergola patio off the kitchen offers great seating for visiting with the option of using a gas grill or Traeger grill for outdoor cooking. After a long day of adventures, you may also take advantage of the outdoor hot tub. Gather around one of two outdoor fire pits when the sun goes down. All 4 bedrooms are complete with all the bedding you will need for a cozy stay. Just off of the master bedroom is one of the full baths complete with a jacuzzi tub for full serenity. This home is fully furnished through out and equipped with a washer and dryer for your stay. Snuggle into the loft area in a recliner and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV. If TV isn't your thing, the downstairs living area offers beautiful views out the large front windows. This home is fully heated and air conditioned to make you comfortable no matter what! Attached to the home is an oversized 2 stall garage to house any prized possessions (ATV's, motorcycles, vehicles) you may bring along! One stall opens on both ends for easy exiting, and all doors have operating door openers. There is also access to water and drains in the garage, should you need to wash your motorcycle, car or truck. If horses or other livestock tag along on your vacation there is a barn with stalls, feeders, and an automatic waterer to keep your four legged friends comfortable! They may even roam the 40 acre lot to find their favorite spot! Live stock is allowed, however, no indoor animals please.
