Hot Tub | Arcades | Bunk Room | Peaceful Retreat!

The property manager was very accommodating and professional, and the overall place was very nice and clean and easily held 16 people. The young adults enjoyed the arcade and the hot tub. The only slight don't fall is a small cul de sac area, but overall it was an excellent experience.

This was the perfect home for my family to be at while we were in Spearfish. The hosts were great and communication was excellent from the minute we booked. All of us felt comfortable and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was my favorite! It was also convenient that grocery, shopping, and dining options were minutes away. I recommend this to anyone with a large family or group.

Wonderful stay! Great host. The place offered plenty of room for our three generational gathering. Game room was a hit with the littles and the oldies equally.

We had a great stay with our family of 9. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space to hang out and play games. The hot tub was a nice bonus for our group. Host was quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

The hot tub was warm. Conveniently located. Rooms were comfortable. Enjoyed family room upstairs and downstairs. Host was very accommodating.

The house was perfect for my family. My wife, son and his wife with our three grandchildren spent three nights. The grands loved the game room. The kitchen are was large and stocked well with anything we needed. We cooked every night! It was one of the best places I have stayed.

The house was wonderful, I would suggest only 9 adults the bunk beds were not comfortable for adults. We had 12 adults so the couches and air mattress were used in the family room. The size of the kitchen and table were great for our get together. The deck area was relaxing and enjoyed the hot tub.

This home was the perfect place for our family, both adults and children loved it! It was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The arcade was a hit, as well as the hot tub. The location is ideal for getting to the golf course as well as restaurants, shops and tourist sites.

Beautiful home, extremely clean. Located in a quite hillside community. Plenty of clean towels and bedding. Centrally located for all the beautiful riding the Black Hills offer. Large 3 car garage that accommodated all our bikes from the evening weather. A must stay. A rating.

Very nice house and great location

The whole process from beginning to end was incredibly easy. All of the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 14 of us and we did not feel crowded at all. We were able to park an RV on the lower driveway. The neighbors were also very nice and we enjoyed talking to them about our trip and they had wonderful suggestions.

Excellent place and location

This place was fantastic. Big enough for 3 families to stay very comfortably and located perfectly to travel to many sightseeing destinations. The hosts were extremely responsive and able to accommodate special requests. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

Came to town for a youth baseball tournament! Great location to the Sawmill Youth complex, beautiful and spacious home with room for large parties. Great backyard area and indoor arcade games for extra fun!

We had such a great time! Don’t bring anything. They have anticipated every need. The kids loved the basement and the hot tub. They are still talking about it and we are HOME. Super clean and responsive. Would give 5/5But this was 10/10.

This home is such a great space for family! Wide open concept both upstairs and down. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need, bedrooms are nice size, and the basement was our families icing on the cake. The little kids loved the carpeted basement to play on, while the older kids loved all the games. The communication with the owners was always an immediate response. If you are looking for a place in Spearfish S.D., I highly recommend this home. We definitely will be back!!

We had a family wedding in town, and this property was a perfect set up for our family of 6.

Traveled from out of state to meet and celebrate family anniversary. Property was perfect for us. Great location, amenities, house setup, etc. Whether you are traveling with kids, friends, family i cannot think of a reason why this property would not be great for you.

From booking to the morning we headed home, everything was made so easy. This property had plenty of room, fun arcade games, hot tub and just a beautiful patio and deck to hang out. The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood, well kept and clean. Definitely will be back for another family vacation.

The accommodations were perfect. Very clean with comfortable furnishings. We had seven grown men and never felt crowded. Highly recommended and awesome host!

Our group of 12, all ages, was very comfortable. Spearfish has plenty to offer…canyon, fish hatchery, water park while there are so many places to visit within an hour and half drive…Custer, Mt Rushmore, Rapid City to name a few. Great location for an extended stay. Devils bathtub and iron creek, two all ages hikes nearby.

The property was beautiful, immaculate, and included all the basic ammenities that we needed! The kids really loved all the arcade games provided, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub! The location was easy to find and close to grocery, gas, and all the beautiful attractions that Spearfish has to offer. Ryan and Lucas were very prompt answering any questions that we had. It was a great vacation in a gorgeous setting!
