The lower level is also a rental unit in which the tenants only access through their own separate entrance from the back of the house. If you choose to rent this home, you will be renting the main unit/main level of the home and you will NOT be sharing any spaces of the home. Rest assured, you will have your own private entrance. . GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to main part of the house and property, including front yard, driveway, main level of the house.
