Other Things to Note

Upstairs TV: The upstairs TV is connected to switch power. If it isn’t turning on, please make sure the light switch next to the front door is in the “on” position.

Fire Pit Usage: Firewood is not provided, but available at local stores nearby.

Long-Term Stays: Special discounts are available for extended bookings. When booking long-term after the reservation is accepted all guests must complete and pay for a $50 credit/background check and sign a lease with us.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living spaces, and the outdoor fire pit area.

Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.
