The lower level boasts a 55” SmartTv, gas fireplace and an extra large comfy sectional couch! The lower level bedroom has a queen bed and a 40” SmartTv as well. There’s additional space in the lowest level that includes a Roku TV, full size futon, and a two-thirds-size pool table.
