This was the perfect little space for us to relax after a day of exploring. The host had everything we needed and rules and expectations were clearly outlined. Bed was a little firm for our liking, but it's impossible to make that work for everyone. Would Def stay here again!

Everything was wonderful! Very clean and welcoming. Abby thought of everything! The only problem we had was finding street parking for our 2nd vehicle.

Such a cozy room. The room was decorated so cute. It made you want to curl up and stay in on the cold rainy day. The hot tub was great. Having a hot plate or griddle of sorts would be helpful so you don't have to leave at all.

Great place! Was pleasantly surprised with how nice and perfect this place was. Super clean and adorably decorated. They thought of absolutely everything you may need and the yard and hot tub is a fantastic bonus! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone in the area. They also allow dogs and have blankets ready for them!

Very cute clean and private stay. The yard is like a little oasis. I will say if you have a nervous dog one side and the house to the back of the yard have dogs, very well behaved. Our dog can be a bit nervous and reactive and we had no issues. We would definitely stay again!

I was so happy with my stay here! It was cozy and quiet. My dog lived the fenced in yard while I enjoyed the hot tub.

This place is such a nice break from staying at hotels with all the same amenities as a hotel. The hosts are very hospitable and have provided everything you need.

Such a beautiful, cozy place to stay at and so much better than staying at a hotel. It was a cute space and perfect for our dogs also. The host was nice and very communicative about all the questions we had. Would recommend anyone to come stay here and we would be back again!

Check in was seamless! Owner was super accommodating. Had everything you needed, my only suggestion would be to add a grill to bbq as there was no way to cook any food.

Lovely find, comfortable bed, great shower, nice sitting area in the back yard with a small hot tub. Nice neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of fun places downtown.

Very comfortable space. Plenty of extra linens. Big bed Clean. The in room amenities were great. It was a nice change from the drive up hotels all over Sioux Falls. We would definitely stay again.

It was a comfortable stay overall, we had all the things we would need. The only thing I’d recommend keeping in mind is that the neighbor’s dogs are verrrryyy chatty so it’s not fun when they are out. But otherwise great!

The Chic Suite was very comfortable! We especially loved the hot tub, the hot/cold water dispenser, all the amenities were well thought out! The location was very convenient to the city.We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next time we’re in town!

Great little location away from things and a nice spot to rest up after exploring, or decompressing from family. The appliances are all new and thoughtful, but a sleep mask might help as they all seemed to have a light of some sort which was bright.

The room was amazing. Cutely decorated and stocked with anything we could possibly need. The hot tub was an awesome extra treat.

Overnight stay. Great location with close access to I90 & I29. Very clean, nicely finished and great fenced area for the pups. Appreciate the attention to detail as I forgot my toothbrush and you had me covered... Thank you!!!

My wife & I wanted a dog-friendly place where we could celebrate our 35th Anniversary. This property really delivered. It was exactly as advertised. Though the owners were right next door, we never heard them & they never heard us. I did visit with the owners our first morning & found them very friendly & helpful. We loved the place & so did our dog. We will be back.

We stayed here for a night when headed home to Wisconsin from a Colorado/Wyoming camping trip! It is a studio off of a house and was very accommodating (especially to have the yard in the back for our dog).

Enjoyed our stay the neighborhood was quiet, the room was very clean.

We were traveling for our son’s wedding in Black Hills. We stayed here for two nights. The instructions were easy to follow and the room was very clean. It has a fenced in yard which was great for our service dog. Plenty to do near home. This is a room with minni fridge and microwave, in case your needing full kitchen . If we find ourselves in the area again, we will be back!

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a little getaway in the Sioux Falls area. Cute place, quiet neighborhood, and responsive host. Best part was having a fenced in yard for traveling with the dog. Highly recommend and would book again if back in the area.
