Spacious Retreat with a Hot Tub and Theater Room

Beautiful home and quick responses to questions. The home had everything and was stocked with ice and plenty of coffee choices. It was a surprise bonus that we even could park in the garage! We hope to rent again!

The house is big and beautiful, It met all our needs. There were a couple tiny issues with a bench in the kitchen and the upstairs toilet...but James responded and sent someone over to try to fix it in a very timely manner. We would have liked some sort of hand holds around the toilet for our much older folks but that is just a suggestion. We enjoyed our time..the hot tub..the gorgeous yard and fire pit...the grill and the area. WE are already thinking of renting it again next year....

Beautiful property with many wonderful amenities. We were a group of seven ladies in our 70s. College girlfriends. We enjoyed the theater room, hot tub and well equipped kitchen. All rooms were very comfortable and clean. The property is within easy driving distance to the Falls, Japanese Gardens, downtown district and Empire Mall. We had a great time!!

The house was incredibly spacious, offering numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen area and a theater room. We enjoyed the back deck and the fire pit. We were in town for a family reunion, and this house really made the stay enjoyable

Beautiful place. Furnishing were all new. Had everything we needed. The theater room and the popcorn machine were nice perks. Fenced in back yard with nice landscaping, fire pit, and comfortable adirondack chairs were very nice and relaxing.

This home had ample space, was very well stocked with anything you could need, and was very clean.

This property was perfect for everything we needed. Beautifully up-kept and very clean. The four bedroom were perfect for my husband and myself, parents, grandparents and sister and her husband. Every space had a place to gather and make memories. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub at the end of the day. We were able to use the two car garage during our stay as well. I’m not sure we’ve stayed in a better place than this. They are doing an excellent job.

Super place to stay in Sioux Falls! Clean and very professionally appointed and designed. We weren't even there long enough to enjoy all this house had to offer. Highly recommend!

The place was great! Kitchen was well stocked, backyard and hot tub were perfect, and the extra living room downstairs was super convenient. My only downside was the communication .. I tried reaching out to the host before check in and I never heard back or from him while we stayed there. Otherwise, I would recommend!

We were coming into town for a dance convention and this house allowed multiple families to stay together to make some memories! SUCH a cute house and we will definitely try and stay here again!

Theater room is really nice with high tech couches and cool features. A lot of space throughout the house.

My family from multiple states got together for a preholiday stay in Sioux Falls. The description and pictures were accurate. But once inside it was easy to fall in love with the home decorations and it felt sorta like home. It was a pleasant surprise to see a Christmas tree decorated in the living room! We had lots of space to be together and utilized different parts of the home if others wanted to do something different. The home theater was amazing! We all enjoyed the surround sound while watching football and Christmas movies! The hot tub was also an added bonus! Due to the weather we did not use the outside firepit. James did a great job with his VRBO, lots of towels, kitchen items and many more everyday items. My family has already talked about coming back to this property. Thank you for the memories! :)
