We have used locally sourced materials in our building as well as highlighting local artists in our decor. Each master bed is covered with an authentic handmade Native American star quilt. All cabins have heating and air conditioning. brbrSpend your days visiting historic landmarks, quaint Hills towns, or parks and lakes, then come back to your cabin to rest and relax by our large campfire site. As you sit out and enjoy the campfire, you can see the stars with no light pollution. Depending on the time of year you can hear the owls calling to one another, hear the singing of the coyotes, the bugling of the elk, or listen to the turkey as they get ready to roost. There is a covered deck, private hot tub, propane fire pit, fireplace, gas grill, 2 satellite TV's, leather furniture, air conditioning, washer and dryer, wifi, and breathtaking views, and private. brbrThe log home is completely furnished with a beautiful kitchen and living area. To keep it clean and safe, please follow these guidelines:br11.1 Only swimwear is allowed—no regular clothes.br11.2 Avoid bringing drinks or food into the hot tub to prevent spills and contamination.br11.3 Please rinse off any lotions or oils before entering, as these can disrupt the water`s chemical balance.br11.4 Do not use glass containers to prevent breakage.br11.5 Always keep the cover on when not in use.br11.6 Please note that an extra cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required.brbr12. During the winter season, Guests are expressly prohibited from walking on the ice covering the pond, as this poses a significant safety hazard due to the potential for the ice to break. Additionally, swimming in the pond is strictly forbidden. The property owners shall not bear any liability for injuries or damages resulting from engaging in these prohibited activities. brbrFollow all check-out procedures:br- Check-out is at 10 AM (unless otherwise agreed upon). br- Wash dishes, and please put them on the drying rack before leaving.br- Place all towels and wash rags on the bathroom floor.br- Remove all trash from the cabin, including any food and condiments in the refrigerator. To dispose of your trash, please use the green dumpster that is conveniently located near the cabin, in close proximity to the pond.brbrNote:br* Up to $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches). All damages will also be charged to guests.brbr* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late, the guest will be charged $100.brbr* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
