House had plenty of toys and activities to entertain all the kids which allowed the adults to relax and lounge on the deck with lots of seating! Definitely recommend!

My Father wanted to take a motorcycle road trip to ride the Black Hills and see the sites. I found this listing which was perfect for the group we were planning. I had Family and friends come from Kentucky, Iowa, Colorado, Washington and Arizona. With plenty of entertaining space and lots of kids activities, it was the perfect VRBO for us. Property Manager was friendly and communicated very well. With the right Tetris skills, we were able to fit 2 trucks with trailers, 3 cars, and 8 motorcycles without overtaking the neighbors parking. Next time I plan a trip to that area, I will definitely attempt to rent here again.

A group of 14 adults used this as home base for the Sturgis motorcycle rally. We had the best time.

This well-kept place was perfect for our family - 16 of us staying at this house. Ages 1-66. The bedroom count was perfect! The outdoor areas were awesome for our youngsters to play - they loved it. Location was also good for our group and would recommend for other large families.

Centrally located to all the stops we wanted to make. Lots of space! I have to admit I was worried when we pulled up, it looks pretty small. This house will surprise you. 14 of us stayed quite comfortably. An extra bathroom would have been nice, but it worked great. The large fenced in yard with activities for the kids was perfect. So many amenities!!!

Kelly's house is by far one of the best we have stayed at. We had a group of 20 and more than enough room and never felt cramped. There was more than enough to keep the kids busy and active after a day sightseeing, the backyard is amazing. The driveway was big enough for a 19 foot trailer and 4 vehicles. Kelly was quick to respond when the dishwasher broke and was quick to remedy the situation and had a new dishwasher installed within 2 days. Close to all there is to do in Rapid City and a short drive to everything else in the Black Hills. We will definitely look forward to staying again.

Kelly’s home was a perfect home base for a sibling vacation with lots of kiddos ranging from 6-16. As a group of 12, we had plenty of space to gather, as well as separate a bit for down time if necessary. The home was well stocked with everything we might need, and the play areas for the kids as well as the 8-person hot tub meant we all looked forward to returning “home” after traveling all day to wind down. Kelly’s communication, prior to and during the trip was instantaneous, positive and helpful. My family actually discussed making this home the base for annual trips - there is so much to do in the area.
