However, if you leave it partially filled with dirt and trash scattered around, a fee of $350 will be imposed to cover the cost of draining and refilling the hot tub, as charged by the hot tub company.brbr- Children are under constant supervision and are never left alone. Diving, jumping, or frequently entering and exiting the tub should be avoided. Any damages will be incurred by the guest.brbr4. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapprovedbrbr5. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.brbr6. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.brbr7. For noise complaints:br7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out.br7.2.
