Stunning New Cabin in Powder House Pass with Hot Tub & Theater Room

Great location. 10 min from Terry Peak, 15 from Lead & 20 from Deadwood. Weather was gorgeous! Ski’d in sweatshirt and wore no gloves! House is perfect for our family of 9. Had about everything we needed for a 4 day quick trip!

It was a beautiful, clean home with good supply of kitchen items. Great home set up, the location is easy access. Only thing we would change is the dining table. It is hard to play cards on and the chairs are beginning to fall apart. We truly enjoyed our stay. We did have one night of movie watching in the theatre room. Great chairs and set up and thanks for all the blankets.

Loved this stay!

We loved our stay at Top of the Pine! House was clean and had plenty of places to relax after exploring the area all day. The kids loved the pool area. We even had some wildlife come through the backyard. Kids loved to see the deer. Quick responses and great communication with host.

It was a great house in a great location

Close access to the community pool and we had plenty of room for our family. Within driving distance of deadwood and spearfish. Management was very responsive when we had issues with the hot tub. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Everything at this rental lived up to our expectations. Nice quiet area. Only complaint we had was the hideabed was broken so the two kids had to sleep on the floor.

We had a great family Christmas! There was enough beds so everyone had their own space and the hot tub was a great addition! The kids loved the movie theater and the provided games. We will stay again!

Amazing home! Perfect for our family adventure exploring the Black Hills. Enjoyed the outdoor table for a fire and the hot tub.

The check-in process for the vacation rental was a breeze! Everything was incredibly clean and the instructions provided by the host were so clear and thorough that we didn't encounter any issues during our stay and didn't need to contact them at all. The only minor downside was the condition of the larger community pool. It seemed a little cloudy, which might have been due to needing to be cleaned or needing an adjustment to the pool chemicals. However, the area surrounding the house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very easy to access.
