This is a 2 level home with 2 full size bedrooms and full bath on the upper level. The master bedroom and bath are on the main level. There is another smaller bedroom on the main level. The 3/4 bath is on the main level and shares the space with the laundry facility. Master bedroom and one upstairs bedroom have king beds and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. We have 2 air mattresses to set up in the living room if additional beds are needed. We have a 105 gallon hot water heater so you shouldn't run out of hot water. Vacationing in groups is fun but yet people need to be able to spread out and have some personal space. The main floor is spacious allowing for plenty of room for all guests. On the main level, there is a game room with pool table that also has ping pong table top in case you want to change your game. Our guests enjoy relaxing on the spacious and covered deck. It is not unusual to see see deer with their young fawn from the end of June through the end of summer. The kitchen is typically a gathering place and you won't be disappointed in this one. There are 500 square feet and includes a 46 inch flat screen TV. It is fully stocked ready for you to prepare your favorite dishes. There are a total of 3 big screen TV's with dish satellite service throughout the home. There is Wi-fi access. You will enjoy a relaxing evening on the 32 foot covered cedar deck. This allows you to enjoy being outside rain or shine. There is a Jenn-Air gas grill and a table for outdoor dining. There is an outdoor dog kennel for your pet to relax while you are enjoying the Black Hills. There is an attached 2 car garage to protect your vehicle from the hail that is common in this area. There is very little traffic in this area since it is a dead end road. You will be able to go for a walk after a long day of driving. The property is 2 miles from access to the Mickelson trail. It is 4 miles to the entrance of Custer State Park. This property offers privacy and allows you to be close to all that Custer has to offer.

This smoke free cabin has 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath with living room and kitchen. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has two twin beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to easily prepare a meal. A full size propane grill sits just outside. All linens and towels are provided, as well as complimentary toiletries. We do not charge a cleaning fee. brbrThe cabin is equipped with a keyless entry making your arrival and departure seamless. Fiber optic high speed internet allows you to stay connected and upload all of your vacation pictures. The 40 inch smart tv allows you to stream your favorite platforms. We offer Disney+ and FUBO.brbrOur personal home sits on the property. We will not intrude on your privacy, but will be available for any questions or concerns. The boarding house was then converted and re-modeled into a MODEST family home in the 1930's, and the property became a private, 38 acre, ranch/homestead. br And, again, in 2007 the home was updated with new plumbing, carpet, beds,... brThe location is 9 miles NW of Custer. br Six of these miles is well maintained gravel.br The second floor of the Vacation Home hosts the three small bedrooms and the full bath. The main floor consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry area, porch, and small sun room. brTwo of the bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds.brThe original homesteader/ranchers (my grandparents) from the 1930's lived in the house for 75 years till 2007! br The home is located on 38 privately owned acres; no other inhabited dwellings.
