The cabin was what it said it was. Quiet and the perfect location to get to all the activities in and around town, but get away from the craziness that is town.

This cabin is clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Cute garden to look at outside the kitchen window. I would stay here again

This beautiful place is one of the the best “home away from homes”we have ever stayed at in over 45 years of domestic travels. It had everything. The owner made us feel very welcome when we arrived.

The cabin was a great central location to visit the surrounding area. It was nice to have a private “home” away from home. Ken and Marcy have thought of everything to make it a great place to stay. My only “complaint” is there was no recycling available—felt terrible throwing cans and plastic bottles in the trash.

Neat and clean place at a great location. Ken also stopped by and asked us if we need any help. South Dakota is beautiful, we sure would love to visit the region again, and stay here again. Thank you, Ken! Best, Sunil

Perfect little stand alone cabin just a couple of minutes south of the Black Hills. Ken and Marcy were amazing and very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone.

They treat you like family. A quiet and cozy place

We loved staying here! Marcy and Ken are wonderful hosts. The cabin is comfy, has everything we would need. We enjoyed the quiet and the wildlife that visited us as well as the star viewing (we even saw Comet Lemmon). The location can't be beat for visiting the local State and National Parks. Some of our favorite nearby places are Custer State Park, Needles Highway and Iron Mountain Road. We can't wait to stay here again.

It was super clean and had all the kitchen items needed to cook meals. No cloths dyer or stove, but honestly didnt miss that one bit. Bed was comfy. The host were super nice. Cabin is jist outside of Custer. Very easy to get to all the local attractions.

It is perfect! One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. It is very conveniently located to Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial. The check in was very smooth and easy. Ken and Marcy are excellent hosts. We would love to stay there again some day.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was convienently located outside of Custer and was peaceful. The turkeys and deer visited every morning for our viewing pleasure. The property was homey and comfortable.

Great location for exploring the area. Spacious and comfortable cabin. Quiet area a few miles off the main highway through Custer and easy drive to Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park and other beautiful locations. The beds were very comfortable. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Everything you could need. The hosts were welcoming and great at communicating. Highly recommend this property.

Very clean and adequate room. Great location to be for Ealy morning coffee outside and evening grilling. Easy to get to all of the sites from the cabin.

It was a wonderful, Beautiful week. My Wife and I where on our Honeymoon and it was just Great. The house was clean and very nice. If we needed anything all we had to do is ask. It was during Sturgis bike week we stayed and very easy access with a motorcycle. We loved or stay.

Ken and Marcy made this a perfect place to stay. Clear, easy communication, cabin was very clean and they have it so well equipped with everything you could need. Decorated so it felt homey and welcoming. They even had a binder with information on the cabin, places to visit, etc. Loved the location, easy access to places we wanted to visit and the outdoor space is beautiful and so peaceful and quiet.

We were close to family who were camping in Custer State Park. The location was central to all we wanted to see. The xabin was so clean and well stocked.
