I call them our unofficial mascot of our beach town ;)brbrMaintenance Dept. is available from 10AM-5PM and I will provide you their number with a list of Emergency after hour vs non Emergency scenarios.brbrQuiet hours at Catalina (pool closes at 10 p.m.) noise in building should not be heard outside of your unit after 11 p.m. Please shower or hose off you and your crew after leaving the beach and before jumping in the pool. We do have it cleaned everyday (we do this around day break to avoid you having to see it) :) Showering off and getting all the sand off your suits helps a lot more than you think :)brbrWe do have our thermostats set and locked. The Cotton Patch is a large family home that is only steps away to the beach in Cherry Grove. This house is perfect for blended family vacations since there are kitchens and living areas on both levels. This comfortable home has a private pool with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. There also is an outdoor shower located next to garage which is perfect to use when coming back from the beach to wash off all the sand. The owner's have provided a grill, you'll just need to bring the charcoal! There are full kitchens on each level so you can enjoy family meals or quick snacks. There are also living areas on each level so your family can relax in the evening watching their favorite shows on one of the many flat screen TVs in the house. brbrEach level has a queen bed in the primary suite and it has been updated with fresh paint. There is a double in the 2nd bedroom and a queen and a twin in the 3rd bedroom. There are new ceiling fans in all the bedrooms too! There are TVs in most of the bedrooms. There is a bathroom in each of the primary suites and a hall bathroom on each floor as well as a half bathroom under the house by the pool. All of the full bathrooms have also been updated with new flooring, new mirrors and new commodes. The kitchens are fully stocked and has everything you need to do some good southern cooking. They have also added a new Refrigerator and microwave on the 2nd level. brbrThis home is right down the street from the beach in Cherry Grove and is walking distance to Boulineau's and many other restaurants. The Cherry Grove Pier is nearby if you enjoy fishing or just taking walks on the beach.
