We have high speed internet for those that are working from home or just want to be connected.brbrThe master bedroom, with a private bath, offers a king bed, while the two guest rooms (one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed (twin, full, and twin trundle) share a common bath between the two rooms. Unless you want to go to downtown Charleston and explore, there is no reason to leave the island. br400 Palm is the quintessential beach bungalow featuring a fenced in backyard, screened in porch, outside shower, and two full bathrooms. Have all of the essentials you're used to at home including a gas grill, cookware, silverware, dishwasher, washer + dryer, internet, as well as comfortable furniture and two large beds (king and a queen). Each bedroom has a Roku TV that can be used with any of the streaming apps you have, the TV in the living room has basic cable. brNo need to leave your furry family member at home as this house is pet friendly with a fenced in backyard. brWe do have 4 beach chairs at this property available for your use. br-Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. br*The building out back is just a shed. brCleaning information: At this property we provide starter essentials like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used.
