Some of which are within walking distance! There are two parks in the neighborhood and access to the West Ashley Greenway, which is a walking and bike trail that weaves through West Ashely within blocks of the house. If you are looking for a cold beer, or some nightlife you do not need to go far. Within blocks of the house you will find The The Garden by Charles Towne Fermentory (family friendly beer garden), Home Team BBQ (live music and be sure to try a Game Changer), and The Tin Room (dive bar with live music). A mere 3 minute drive will get you to Avondale Triangle, a West Ashley hot spot. Avondale Triangle has something for everyone with family friendly restaurants (Al Di La, Triangle Char & Bar, Mello Mushroom, and Pearlz), coffee and dessert stops (Highfalutin Coffee Roasters) sports and dive bars (The Roost and Genes Haufbrau) and a wine and cheese bar (Avondale Wine & Cheese). There are two televisions (Living Room and Spare) with Rokus, and Google Home and Wifi. There is also a charcoal grill and a firepit in the back yard for those nights where burgers and smores sound yummy.
