Private Coastal Cottage on James Island

The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful location. Felt like a safe residential neighborhood. About 10-15 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to Folly beach. Very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed and couch. 5 stars!

If you’re ever in Charleston and you need a great little spot for 2 people at a very affordable price this place is perfect. It was in walking distance to everything we needed. The place was clean, kitchen had everything and a very comfy bed also. Will definitely look into this place again if or when we go back to Charleston.

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting our children in Charleston. Nice neighborhood, convenient location to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston, and comfortable bed! We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay last summer at the Cottage and decided to stay here again this year. It was very clean upon arrival and had a wonderful scent in the air that lasted all week. Comfortable bed, clean and good quality bed linens. Lots of pillow options depending on your comfort level. Couch is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. It is the perfect size for what we need and a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. We plan to return again next year!

This was exactly as it was listed, finding it was a little difficult since it sits behind anonther house. Location was excellent for what all we had planned, short drives to it all! House was very clean, well taken care of and welcoming, perfect for my husband and i! Hosts were amazing at communicating and quick to repsonse to any questions that werent even related to their property! We will definitely come back to this charming cottage!

Perfect for our needs - clean, spacious, all the amenities of home, quiet, close to downtown as well as the beach. Lovely outdoor space available. The host was very personable and responsive. I highly recommend and would go back the next time we visit Charleston.

Close to Charleston and Folly beach! We were busy all day going to Daniel Island for the tennis tournament and enjoying downtown Charleston and Folly Beach, and it was nice to come back to a private, safe, quiet, comfortable place and relax for the evening! We enjoyed the close restaurants in the area, especially Azul! The trees and flowering plants were beautiful! It was a great place to enjoy the area! We will be back! Thank you!

The cottage is clean and in a great central location. The hosts were so accommodating and allows us to check in a day early when there was a change in our travel plans. We hope to visit again!
