We Are...Really Close To Everything In State College!

Our home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood conveniently located to a shopping center, mall, movie theater, restaurants, and the Penn State campus. br brWe welcome children, however, our home is no longer child proof. There is a small children's park across the street from our home. There is ample parking on the side of our yard as we live at the end of the street. brbrWe have 4 bedrooms total: 1 has a queen size bed. Another bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin, 1 bedroom has a king size bed, and the master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private full bathroom. In addition, we have a twin aero-bed which can also be used in one of the rooms.brbrAlthough our living room couch is not a sleeper sofa, it can easily sleep 3. We have a 65 and 85 large screen TV in our downstairs living rooms. brbrOur kitchen area is spacious with a double oven, stove top, microwave and refrigerator. We have a dining space that can easily handle 12-15 at the kitchen table, and there is an additional folding table that could seat 8 more, plus our kitchen bar seats 4.

House: “The House in the Trees” is a ranch home nestled into the side of a hill. A wonderful deck cantilevers off the back of the home with a delightful view of Slab Cabin Run creek. There is plank flooring throughout the home with an abundance of windows providing forest views. As a recently remodeled vacation home, there is minimal clutter from the owner’s personal possessions. The home is also handicap accessible. Dogs are welcome. Getting around: A 35 minute walk or two mile drive will get you to Beaver Stadium. If you prefer, you can drive to Hills Plaza where a shuttle will transport you to and from the Stadium. You are also within walking distance to Happy Valley Brewing Company, a great local brewery and restaurant. Kitchen and Dining Room: The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans for your dining and cooking needs. There is a coffee maker and microwave in addition to a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Bedrooms: Three (3) bedrooms including a master bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, and access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa and an air mattress (Frontgate EZ Bed with Constant Comfort pump). Fresh linens are on each of the beds. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms and a half bath off of the kitchen.
