We had a great stay for a PSU Football weekend. Kevin had great communication with us. The house is full stocked, very clean and comfortable.

Really a lovely little home! Comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of kitchen supplies, comfy beds. The owners were so nice and very helpful!! We had a wonderful 2 days for our grandson's graduation!!

Very nice house with ample room for everyone. Very easy check in process. Owners were very friendly and called a few days before our stay to go over a few things and answer any questions that we had. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be looking to stay at this property.

The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It gave our family a chance to relax and share time together in a homey environment. We were able to all stay together instead of in separate hotel rooms, and have meals together in a family atmosphere. Our host contacted us before and after our stay to make sure we knew what to expect, and to check that we enjoyed our stay. It was a great experience!

Lovely welcome basket and paper supplies. Stayed with 6 other people. Location was one of the best for downtown access we have stayed in at State College. Well stocked kitchen and linens with the exception of a few washcloths short. Comfy living areas and beds. Please be aware that there is no bathroom on the lower level and plan accordingly when figuring out room assignments. This was not a concern for us but may be for older guests or those with young ones. Host was very responsive to communication.

Kevin was easy to get a hold of. House was perfect for a quick weekend trip to PSU. Would definitely stay again in the future.

We were mostly staying to go to sporting events with the family (basketball game, track meet, etc) and it was a great location to drive anywhere. House was nice and as described, and host was super communicative and helpful.

Communication with the property manager leading up to the stay was very welcoming. The property was clean upon arrival. It's a great house located in a quiet, residential area within State College. The drive to the stadium was only 6 minutes away - which was convenient on game day. The location is not within walking distance to downtown or campus, however the host provided contact information to multiple taxi services that are available (in addition to uber and lyft). Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this home for family trips.

The house was perfect for a football weekend. You can walk to stadium if you want to. It would likely take you 45 min, but it is doable. We drove to East lots and hit very little traffic due to the route. Our group of 10 people easily fit. The owner was super communicative and helpful.

We loved this home and will be back. Kevin communicated perfectly with us. I want to say more great things, but fear the home won’t be available when we would like to stay again :)

Kevin was a wonderful host. Everything was well thought out and exactly as described in the listing. We had 7 adults and 1 infant. We had ample room and could have happily stayed longer. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.
