Easy check-in. Responsive host (immediately responded when I asked to check-in a few hours - with a yes and updated doorcode). Very clean, with comfortable and new furniture. Fully stocked kitchen. I would stay again.

Our stay at Penn State was perfect!! Exactly what we needed while our son was at a hockey camp at Pegula Ice Rink. The townhouse was very clean, beautiful and great space! The host was so responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend staying here! Hope to have another trip to Penn State in the near future and would def look into re-booking! This house was beautiful and immaculate. My family and I were in town for a sporting event. The home was well maintained and has everything we could need. The host was responsive and the check in was simple. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home, clean and cozy

Townhouse is extremely nice and clean. We were in town for a tournament and this home was located within 15 minutes of all locations games were being held. Perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Would book again if in area!!!

This townhome was quite lovely! It was nicer than expected and hands down the cleanest VRBO stay!! The location is a quiet neighborhood close to the airport and about 10-15 min from the college. We will most definitely choose to stay here again and again and again!!!

Great new property that was clean and nicely setup for a family. Fold out chair was a plus for siblings that didn’t want to share a bed.

Such a great stay in the perfect location, close to everything. And the place was simply amazing. Everything was clean and modernly simplistic well decorated it felt like home. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax, and even an extra bed in the one bedroom perfect for my son. He felt like he had his own little room. And the host was incredible communicating and making sure all was well. Was like our home away from home up at Penn State watching our daughter play volleyball

We stayed at this home while moving our daughter into her dorm at Penn State. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The furnishings were really pretty and everything was spotless. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit!

We stayed two nights for the Ironman race in Happy Valley. The house is immaculate and perfect for the 6 of us. The host provided great communication and very quick to respond to any question.

Had everything you need for a great stay in happy valley! More than enough room for our family of 6. It was such a treat that everything was brand new. I mean who doesn’t love the smell of a new home ❣️. Highly recommend.
