The ground level includes two large bedrooms on opposing sides of the house, with a full bathroom in between. The washer and dryer are in the hallway to the bathroom.brbrUpon entering the house, when you look to the right, you`ll find one bedroom has been set up for youngsters. There is a TV lounge area, and a table for board games, activities, or eating. This room also has a bunk bed with two full-size mattresses (in case you need extra space for 1 or 2 adult couples).brbrAcross the hall is a similarly sized bedroom with a queen bed and a crib.brbrThe second floor is the house`s primary gathering space - a fully-equipped kitchen (featuring an expansive coffee station), dining room (seating for 8-10 + 1 high chair), and a bright and airy living room with a whole wall of windows overlooking the Ohio River and the backyard. Smart TV with Roku, closet space, and plenty of living room seating offers all the basic perks & amenities for a small group. This apartment is a secondary unit. Both units on the property are separate and have their own entrances.
