House also has a propane BBQ grill and fire pit (sometimes inaccessible in the winter after large snowfalls). Guest will have access to all of these amenities as well as many more kitchen essentials. Master bedroom also has Amazon Fire television and en suite bathroom. Guests are welcome to these devices or unplug devices from power during the stay if they wish.brbrThere are cameras on the exterior of the house. The cameras are are aimed at each of the entrance doors, 2 cameras referencing the driveway entrance, and one for the length of the driveway. There are sync modules inside the home that connect the cameras. These are labeled do not unplug. As such, please do not unplug. In addition, there are 4 water detector devices within the property (located under the kitchen sink, under the sink of the upper level bathrooms, and located in the laundry room). Please do not remove these sensors. brbrThis is a dog friendly home however I understand not everybody enjoys being around dogs. For any guests with dogs, please use the provided pet coverings if your dog will be joining you on the sofa or in your bed. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.brbr⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay.
