Boulder Lake Club opens 5/24/25 and is open daily until Labor Day. We have 4 guest passes and guests can purchase additional passes. It’s a private club just a 4 minute drive from the house. It’s very nice and has a beach with loungechairs. You can rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards, boats for fishing. They have a website that you can see what they offer and they are next to the Boulder View Tavern, so you can walk over and get something to eat or drink. We are in the Big Boulder section of Lake Harmony. Big Boulder Skiing is 3/4 of a mile away, It’s a 4 minute drive. Jack Frost is 15 minutes away. Many will ski Jack Frost during the day and Big Boulder at night on the same ticket! We have a 7 person hot tub on our deck with an amazing view! The area has great golf, fishing, vineyards, snow skiing and tubing as well as water skiing and tubing, hiking, water parks and so much more! Please note that we don’t provide sheets, pillowcases and towels. I don’t rent to proms and I have a 25 year old limit to rent. Please note that we have a motion sensor video camera facing the walkway and driveway, we have a second camera on the side of the house facing the ground, it’s only to monitor the snow on the steps. Sleeps 8 comfortably, with a max of 10. brbrThe Space:brSteps to the ski mountains in the winter. In the summer, enjoy access to the private beach, lakeside community pool, tennis courts, and more. brbrWe put in brand new flooring throughout the house in Nov 2023. brbrThe living room on the main floor has a gas fireplace and new 43” wifi TV with Roku for all your streaming needs. We have board games both for kids and of the adult variety.brbrThe dining table seats 6 (up to 8 if you squeeze a bit) and the kitchen makes it easy to cook for a crowd (or heat up the leftovers from some of the area’s nearby restaurants).brbrOur home also has a back deck off the kitchen with a new gas grill. With a dining patio table for 10.brbrThe master bedroom is on the main floor with king bed + a private, renovated bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. There are two more bedrooms upstairs (Queen bed in one and a Twin over Queen bunk bed in the other) with a shared full bath. These mattresses are all new cool gel memory foam mattresses. We get a ton of compliments on their comfort.brbrThere is a finished basement with a new Queen memory foam bed and 2 Futons, with its own half bath. The basement also has a living area with a new 55” 4k TV with ROKU.brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped (4 of 5 appliances are less than two years old). We provide linens, towels, soap, and shampoo/conditioner. Just bring your own toothbrush! We ask only that you treat our house as you would your own. It’s not just a rental; we use it with our families!brbrDuring the winter, the mountains feature skiing, snowboarding and tubing. We’re also just a few minutes away from Split Rock resort with a huge indoor water park, or within a 30 minute drive you’ll also find the Khalahari water parks or Camelback skiing and waterpark.brbrIn the summer, there are tennis courts a stone’s throw from the house, and a short walk away you’ll have access to the private Boulder Lake Club which offers a heated pool, private lake beach, children’s activities, playground, more tennis courts, volleyball, subsidized boat rentals (pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, rowboats and paddle boats/boards), and more. You can purchase guest passes during the summer season to the Boulder Lake Club: the first 4 weekly passes are just $150 total, and then $25 per person for additional weekly passes.brbrWell trained and housebroken dogs are allowed for an additional pet fee of $55/day per dog (no cats). This is capped at $285/stay. Non-shedding dogs of any size are allowed OR very lightly shedding dogs that are 25 lbs. NO DOGS THAT SHED MODERATELY OR HEAVILY. We personally love all doggies but our cleaners can't keep up otherwise.
