Pets are not permitted in the beach area, the swimming area or boat dock area. The community just recently built a new pickleball court and its got a great fishing dock, sand beach, swimming area, basketball and volleyball courts, playground, and picnic tables. Its just a 5-8 minute walk to the beach, or 2 blocks.brThe second bedroom is the massage room. There is a murphy bed there that is Full size and can be folded down. The primary bedroom is a King size bed.brbrGuests will be sent a unique code to use with the smart lock.brbrWe are just 10 minutes away, so we follow the guest lead.
