Lake is open for fishing with a PA fishing license.brbrOur cabin can sleep comfortably up to 8 guests.brbrWe have a fireplace, game room, hot tub, patio chairs, grill, and more!brbrAn open floor plan between the living room, dining room, and kitchen allows you to spend time with your loved ones. The dining table has seating for 8. We have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Our kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils.brbrEach room has its own individual thermostat with baseboard heating. We also have A/C units in each bedroom and one for the common living room. This is amazing in the summertime!brbrThere are three bedrooms. Two upstairs and one downstairs. Each room has a full-size bed. There is also a sofa couch on the loft that folds out.brbrThere are two full bathrooms. Upstairs has a bathtub/shower and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. Please bring your own shower gels and soaps.brbrThe game room is heated. There is a ping pong table, large TV, and lots of fun board games.brOther things to notebrThere are 3 exterior ring cameras outside. One is located at the top left in front of the house. One is located at the top front of the shed. One is located on a tree towards the back of the yard near the shed. These cameras are all visible and are not hidden. We use them for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside of the house.brbrThe minimum age to rent is 25 and the maximum number of occupants is 8. Booking guest must stay at the house. Our house cannot be used as a party house. If at any time security gets called for loudness or disturbance, you will be subject to a $1,000 fine and your trip may be canceled.brbrNo Trash may be left outside at any time of your stay. Trash must be dropped off at the trash/recycle center before you leave. (Will provide address and hours). If any trash is left behind or is not dumped appropriately it will result in part or all of your security deposit to be forfeited.brbrNo fires are allowed. Our house (approx. 2000 sq ft) is located in a secure gated community in Albrightsville PA. brbrIt has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with kitchen bar open towards the dining area, beautiful living room and playroom. All bedrooms have queen size beds and large closet. In master bedroom there is additional trundle bed which may be used as twin size bed or after extending it- it becomes a full size bed. 2nd bedroom also has additional twin size folding bed. Bathroom on main floor has bathtub so you can take long bath after exciting day. It also has a separate vanity room with additional sink in it. brbrThere is also a half circle driveway (U style) for up to 5 cars.brbrIn our large modern kitchen you will find all needed appliances- large fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers-one for ground coffee and 2nd for Tassimo pods, toaster and kettle. You will find various pots and pans, cups, plates bowls and utensils. You can have a quick snack by kitchen bar, or you can choose to have your meal in dining area of our living room by large dining table.brIn a living room there is a sofabed (full size bed available after opening) and double recliner, 52” smart tv, (netflix and hulu available), blue ray player and wifi internet.brbrDownstairs in lower level you will find great playroom where you will be able to unwind after active day by the bar, play Pool Table Foosball or Darts or just sit and relax while watching a film on our wall size screen.br On lower lever there is also 2nd bathroom with shower and laundry with washer and dryer available for our guests. brbrPlayroom sliding door opens to our spacious porch and backyard. There is bbq gas grill (no charcoal needed) available to use on the porch and large dining table for meals outside. You will be able also to relax in our hot tub all year round, or enjoy some pool time during summer in our private pool in backyard (our pool is heated by sun, not electric heating). There is also a firepit to enjoy evening campfire.brbrKids will definitely enjoy our backyard monsterweb swing and wood playset with slide, swing and clubhousehouse among other attractions, while parents will be able to relax on porch wicker set with cold beverage. brbrThe community where the house is located has a clubhouse, five lakes, 2 outdoor pools and also a kiddie pool (open starting late June). There are tennis courts and basketball courts as well (all community amenities are available with guest passes-we have 10 of such passes allowed by the community to have for guests). brbrThe house is located close to many attractions among them you can find Camelback ski resort (30 minute drive), Camelbeach water park (30 minute drive), Pocono Raceway (10 minute drive), The Corssings Premium outlets for shoppers (25 minutes away), Shoprite supermarket and Walmart(15 minute drive) so you can conveniently buy all you need once you arrive. For most needed everyday items there is Dollar General located 10 minutes drive from our house as well as CVS pharmacy if needed.

Our house (approx. 2000 sq ft) is located in a secure gated community in Albrightsville PA. It has 3 bedrooms (3 bedrooms on 2nd floor), 2 bathrooms, large well equipped kitchen and beautiful and spacious living room with dining area. Each of the bedrooms on 2nd floor has queen size bed and large closet (one of bedrooms on 2nd floor has queen size bed, sleepsofa bed and travel crib available). Bathroom on 2nd floor has bathtub so you can take a quick shower as well as long bubble bath. Outdoor cameras are security cameras because it's a commons area. They are in the front pointing at the driveway, in the back of the home by the pool and, on one the side of the house pointing at the back porch, for safety and protection of the home and guests who are staying. There are also stickers on the windows that show that the exterior of the home is being monitored.brFor extra guests, you'll be charged extra depending how long you stay. Also, the ONE THING to please respect is the hot tub. It is NOT a toy, it is a very expensive piece of equipment that we kindly provide with the home. The hot tub is not meant for taking baths nor putting synthetic objects in there because it will damage it and there will be a lot of fixing that will not be cheap. brI would also like to inform you that any holidays, a minimum booking of 3 nights.Thank you.brbrThere is also big driveway for up to 4 cars. brbrOn 1st floor there is large kitchen equipped with all needed appliances including but not limited to large fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.
