Perfect summer get away for monthly rental.

Came down for work and needed a place to stay instead of jumping from hotel to hotel. This place was so cozy, clean and comfy. Loved waking up to fresh snow on the ground and feeding apples to the deer. Beautiful setting and a wonderful, quiet home away from home. Inna is a fantastic host! Excellent communication and made sure everything was just perfect for our stay. Will definitely book again!

The property was as described in the listing Nice and cozy. We enjoyed the neighborhood within the community especially the lake. It is so close to great Poconos attractions . You feel the closeness if nature. Inns is easy to contact and communicate with . Great experience:)

This was our 9th Wedding Anniversary and we just needed a couple days to get away, relax, get away from the fast paced day to day schedule. This was perfect for that. Although it was colder than we wanted it to be and could not enjoy the pool we still made the best of it. We had a wonderful time Inna was great and extremely responsive. This was our first time renting with Homeaway and we do not regret it and are looking forward to it again. From the moment we reserved we got emails letting us know and giving us details about our stay a couple days in advance; before I could ask she already had sent an email with all we wanted to know and more. We had to call her to find the place and she immediately answered, we called her 2 other times and she quickly answered and had Eddie (awesome guy) to help us out with the Air conditioner and getting back in the house after being locked out. Will stay here again! Positives: Close to Philadelphia - about 90 to 100 minutes. Very clean and comfortable 2 Bedroom home that was more spacious than it looked. Safe gated community. Quiet and peaceful - there were about 5 to 6 deers that came by everyday and even got close which was pretty cool. Just about 20-30 minutes distance from Mt. Pocono, Mt. Airy Casino, Cheesecake Factory, Casino Theater, etc. Bed was comfy and we slept like babies. TV had cable and on demand and this was added plus! We loved the deck which we sat out on to read, eat dinner and play board games a couple times. Tags for community use of pool and activities - we never used Negatives: Initially could not find the place per my GPS; however this may be to my having an outdated GPS. There are 3 AC's (LR, BR1, and BR2) - If you turn all 3 on the electric will trip. Although Inna had mentioned it in her email we forgot and we needed to call her, but this was quickly addressed within 15 minutes. We accidentally locked the door with both locks and then could not get back in because we forgot the house key which we did not know about because we initially entered with a code. Again Inna was great and this was like 10:30 pm and sent Eddie over to help. We were grateful. My wife mentioned wanting more kitchen items to use. Again had a wonderful time, highly recommend this home to any couple or small group needing a getaway from bussle and hussle of everyday life and looking for peace and quiet. And again I can't say enough about Inna - she was great and because of this will be back!!

The property and home were well kept. However the washer did not work it flooded the surrounding floor and we could not have lights on with AC units without tripping the fuses. We figured out which lights needed to be turned off in order to have AC unit running. Overall, we were happy with the home.
