These are available for purchase by the boat rental shed by the lake for $10 per person per day. They will need to see ID and rental packet and only take cash.br** br** At check in- community car passes must be displayed in each vehicle for the duration of your stay and while exiting the community at check out. Community fine is $500. for any unregistered vehicles on the property and is the responsibility of the guests. br** Community Registration Required (4 vehicles included in registration) additional vehicles are $6.00 eachbr** Refunds will not be given if community amenities are unavailable for reasons outside of our control.br** Bags of trash should never be placed outside, due to critters getting into the bags. This house is nestled in the mountains, surrounded by trees and nature. As a result, you may encounter wildlife, as this is their home and we are merely guests. Wildlife may include flying insects, spiders, ants, squirrels, flying squirrels, mice, foxes, raccoons, opossums, skunks, snakes, turtles, coyotes, and black bears. Smaller creatures and insects can occasionally find their way inside depending on the outside conditions. We have monthly exterminator visits to minimize this, but being in the mountains, anything is possible.brbrAdditionally, please note that the mountain infrastructure differs from that of the city. Small wind or rain storms can occasionally cause power or internet outages in specific areas, including our home. Power outages may affect the water supply as we are on wells and the well pumps need power to work. Usually, these outages are restored within 8-10 hours, which is a quick turnaround given the weather conditions. For outages lasting less than 24 hours, no refund or compensation will be provided. For outages exceeding 24 hours, compensation will be issued on a case-by-case basis.brbrLastly, please be aware that extreme heat or cold waves can put stress on the house's heating or cooling systems, and these systems may struggle to keep up during very high or very low temperatures.brbr◆◆◆Winter Bookings◆◆◆brDuring winter months, it is highly recommended to have a vehicle with All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4x4 capabilities due to potential heavy snowfall.brbr◆◆◆Supplies◆◆◆brWe provide a starter pack of household essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent).
