The kitchen is right next to the living room so it is really one large room for everyone to gather in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. New flooring in the kitchen and dining area. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer and dry. This room is large enough for all your ski equipment in the winter.
