It is serene, peaceful and quiet and yet in the heart of the city, close to many amenities including proximity to hospitals, shopping, restaurants.brThe apartment is self contained with a large bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom with large shower, European style kitchen with all appliances, granite counters, eating bar and is fully equipped. Open concept living space with Large TV’s in both bedroom and main living space with Netflix, Cable TV, and Wireless Wifi. The apartment has in-floor heating and air conditioning. Designed with a mid century modern feel, it is a very welcoming and calm space. We have two Old English Sheepdogs who romp the property and will become friends at first site. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).brbr11. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.brbr12. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb.brbr13. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.brbr14. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.brbr15. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage).
