The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb.brbr13. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.**brbr- NO PETS are permitted inside the property. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.brbr- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.br**$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.**brbr-LAUNDRYbr- Please use conservatively. Please do not move indoor furniture outside, as it will cause damage.brbr- BROKEN KITCHENWARE. We understand that sometimes kitchenware gets accidentally broken or chipped, thus we always appreciate our guests letting us know promptly so we can reconcile the situation before our next guests arrive. Your honesty and the willingness to replace or financially compensate for such instances are greatly appreciated.brbr-INVENTORY CHECK. Our team performs an inventory check after every guest departure. If any of the items have been removed from the property, the replacement cost plus 20% will be charged to the guest, in order to cover the wages of the team member who needs to go purchase a new item(s) prior to the next guests arriving.brbr-ACCESSIBILITY. Unfortunately, it is not a wheel-accessible building, as there are a few steps to access the unit and the front porch.brbr-LONG-TERM STAYS. Guests staying for 5 days will be responsible for consumables after the initial reserve has been used and the cleaning of the unit during their stay.brbr-NOISE LEVELS.
