Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.brbr10. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).brbr11. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.brbr12. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb.brbr13. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.brbr14. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.brbr15. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.brbr16. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. Please do not move indoor furniture outside, as it will cause damage.brbr-INVENTORY CHECK. Our team performs an inventory check after every guest departure. If any of the items have been removed from the property, the replacement cost plus 20% will be charged to the guest, in order to cover the wages of the team member who needs to go purchase a new item(s) prior to the next guests arriving.brbr-ACCESSIBILITY. Unfortunately, it is not a wheel-accessible building, as there are a few steps to access the unit and a staircase leading to upstairs bedrooms.brbr-LONG-TERM STAYS. Guests staying for 5 days will be responsible for consumables after the initial reserve has been used and the cleaning of the unit during their stay.brbr-NOISE LEVELS. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.brbr- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.br**$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.**brbr-LAUNDRYbr- Please use conservatively. We understand that sometimes kitchenware gets accidentally broken or chipped, thus we always appreciate our guests letting us know promptly so we can reconcile the situation before our next guests arrive. Your honesty and the willingness to replace or financially compensate for such instances are greatly appreciated.brbr-INVENTORY CHECK. Our team performs an inventory check after every guest departure. If any of the items have been removed from the property, the replacement cost plus 20% will be charged to the guest, in order to cover the wages of the team member who needs to go purchase a new item(s) prior to the next guests arriving.brbr-ACCESSIBILITY. Unfortunately, it is not a wheel-accessible building, as there are a few steps to access the unit and the front porch.brbr-LONG-TERM STAYS. Guests staying for 5 days will be responsible for consumables after the initial reserve has been used and the cleaning of the unit during their stay.brbr-NOISE LEVELS.
