Spacious 4 Bedroom House Closed to Masonville UH UWO

The property itself is not tidy. Upon walking in, the towels to be used were still in the dryer. There is mould in all the windows and bathroom tiles. The carpets are spotted with stains and the furniture is quite old and well worn. There were not enough glasses to be used for our party and very few kitchen accessories.

Great location. Great communication with host. Needs a bit of updating but is comfortable and has plenty of space. Would recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful house, just as described. Beds were comfy (not too soft!) Not much in the kitchen if you plan to cook, but a roomy fridge and the washer & dryer worked well. One main light in the LR did not work at all. Several tabletops and kitchen surfaces were sticky to the touch, but there were plenty of other places to spend time in this roomy house. Had to ask for enough towels for all guests. Overall positive stay!

This house was just what we needed! Great location to parks and family we were visiting. We had a lot of space for our family dinners.

Lovely home in neighborhood close to all shopping. This property has 4 complete bedrooms which includes one in the basement. There is a double futon as well in the dining room, but not a 5th bedroom. The home has been recently renovated and a game room is under construction. Kitchen is sparsely equipped if you are planning to cook family meals. The hot tub in the patio picture is not functional and it is not listed as an amenity but the picture is a little misleading. Jason is extremely responsive and property is a great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Really can’t ask for a better location, safe quite neighbourhood that is very close to a number of amenities as well as a short drive to downtown. Very nice and spacious house also looks like some renovations are being done and it will be even better will book again sometime in the future when those are done to check it out. Only negatives are that some things were dirty and has stains like on the couch and carpet and the hot tub wasn’t open which I’m assuming is for the winter. Over all good place and our group had a great time.

Good place for multiple families, with beds/baths on either side of the home. No bathroom in the basement with bedroom, although looks like some renovations are underway. Carpet in main room has seen better days. Would recommend bringing your own towels…only one per bathroom and didn’t look the cleanest! Overall a decent place.
