The space is equipped with a deck lounge, fire pit, wifi, full kitchen, dining space, TV area, and a loft.

The Space
This open-concept retreat features high ceilings and a loft overlooking the main living area, creating an elevated, airy relaxing atmosphere perfect for gathering.

Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably: This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, with the base price covering up to 4 guests. If the group has more than 4 guests (up to 8), there is an additional fee per person, per night fee. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking so pricing is accurate and linens and bedding can be properly prepared.

Heads Up:

Pets: While there are friendly dogs in the neighbourhood, our Airbnb maintains a pet-free home.

No Smoking:
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes are not permitted within the home.

Parking: Guests have 2 driveway parking spots + street parking per city guidelines. One high-speed electrical outlet available for EV charging (type: level 2, Tesla only). Street parking (on our house side of the street) is available in accordance with City of London, Ontario bylaws outlined on their website.

During winter months, guests who want to park overnight on most City of London streets will need to register for free overnight parking pass on the City of London website. There is no driveway parking, as the front house is a private residence.

Guest Access:
Guest have full private access to the back guesthouse, backyard (with hot tub, sauna, fire pit, deck), and 2 driveway parking spots on the left side of the driveway. Guests enter through the black backyard gate leading to the back sliding doors. All pictures are of the private Vrbo and not of the front unit. The front unit (front door, front portion of the house, and side door) and right side of the driveway are not part of the Vrbo guesthouse.

Exterior Security Cameras: Are present at the exterior front and exterior side of the property, none are present in the spa area for guest comfort.
