The living room features a comfortable couch, leather club chairs plus additional seating as well as a huge wood burning fireplace. The main floor includes the living room, master suite, kitchen and extra bathroom/laundry. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs on either side of the living room with separate staircases and both en suite bathroom. The master suite is fit with a king size bed, closet space and French doors that lead out to the deck and pool. There is a Samsung Flat Screen television in the living room, an additional flat screen television in the kitchen and another flat screen television in the pool house, all with full premium channel cable- living room also has Apple TV. WiFi throughout, as well as a Sonos Music System that plays thru built-in speakers in every room in the home. The Kitchen is complete with luxury appliances and a perfect breakfast nook with French doors that lead to the outdoor dining table and BBQ nestled under an apple tree. The pool and backyard are completely enclosed with a high fence and is private and relaxing. The yard is perfectly manicured, yet you are surrounded by trees and a forest feel that create a unique and cozy quality. Hamptons: Working Remotely Beautiful Setting, Tennis Court,n& Affordable Rent

If you are an off-season renter working remotely, this is a lovely place to work from home for a very reasonable rent after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend. In your free time you can play tennis or go hit some golf balls at Poxabogue, just five minutes away, take bike rides or go for a walk in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. brDURING tHE SUMMER this home is ideal for an easygoing vacation, with a swimming pool, tennis court and a large lawn for playing outdoor games. The South-facing deck has a grill and table for outdoor dining and overlooks the lawn. There is a olight-filled open living room and dining area with high ceilings, and a separate kitchen. Two bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a queen bed and the other has twin beds. The third bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a quick 10-12 minute drive to Sagg Main Beach and Bridgehampton main street and a 15 minute drive to Sag Harbor and East Hampton. The property is just north of Poxabogue public golf course and driving range. The tennis court is hard surface. A variety of children's and adults bikes are available in the basement. Please be sure to look carefully at the Amenities, Rooms, and Rule & Policies descriptions for more specific details. For bookings less than 30 days a mandatory Suffolk County tax of 5.5% will be charged. A minimum rental of 3 weeks is required during the summer and a month off-season. IMPORTANT NOTE: Heat and electricity are additional for off-season renters per arrangement with owner. Utilities are included with summer rentals. For stays one month or longer, renters are expected to pay for our housekeeper to clean once a month. brbr
