WiFi throughout, as well as a Sonos Music System that plays thru built-in speakers in every room in the home. The Kitchen is complete with luxury appliances and a perfect breakfast nook with French doors that lead to the outdoor dining table and BBQ nestled under an apple tree. The pool and backyard are completely enclosed with a high fence and is private and relaxing. If you are an off-season renter working remotely, this is a lovely place to work from home for a very reasonable rent after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend. In your free time you can play tennis or go hit some golf balls at Poxabogue, just five minutes away, take bike rides or go for a walk in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. brDURING tHE SUMMER this home is ideal for an easygoing vacation, with a swimming pool, tennis court and a large lawn for playing outdoor games. The South-facing deck has a grill and table for outdoor dining and overlooks the lawn. There is a olight-filled open living room and dining area with high ceilings, and a separate kitchen. Two bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a queen bed and the other has twin beds. The third bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a quick 10-12 minute drive to Sagg Main Beach and Bridgehampton main street and a 15 minute drive to Sag Harbor and East Hampton. The property is just north of Poxabogue public golf course and driving range. The tennis court is hard surface. A variety of children's and adults bikes are available in the basement. Please be sure to look carefully at the Amenities, Rooms, and Rule & Policies descriptions for more specific details. For bookings less than 30 days a mandatory Suffolk County tax of 5.5% will be charged. A minimum rental of 3 weeks is required during the summer and a month off-season.
