You are also 750m from Pearson Park, which has a great playground for the kids, and 1.3km from Soldiers Point Marina where you can watch beautiful sunsets over the water.brbrThis spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday house offers a wonderful and relaxing coastal getaway for the family. From the moment you enter the front door, the water view is there for you to enjoy. brbrIt is a quiet and tranquil area and is therefore for families only. brPLEASE NOTE, parties, functions, groups, or schoolies are not allowed, so please do not try and book to avoid disappointment. We are in a nice residential area therefore strictly no late night noise after 10pm. No smoking, no pets. brbrFREE Wifi and Linen provided.brbrThe ground floor contains the main living area and kitchen, which comes fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer with water dispenser, wine fridge, an induction hob with an oversize oven and a Nespresso Virtuo machine for your use (please note the Virtuo machine does not take standard pods). brbrThe main living area has a wood-burning stove for those winter nights and a double height aspect to the cathedral ceiling and the floor above. Also on the ground floor is a media room with a smart TV, DVD player and surround sound system.brbrAs you walk past the kitchen and lounge, through the extra large sliding doors, you enter the the covered alfresco area complete with a 6 place outdoor dining setting, a 2 seater lounge and a weber barbeque. brbrAlso on the ground floor is a separate powder room and a laundry room, which contains a washing machine and dryer. If you do have a boat or jetski, you will not be able to park it on the property, however there is plenty of nearby parking where you can park the boat or jetski trailer using a parking lock.brbrThis location is perfect for those who want to explore the surrounding area. There is Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, Fingal Bay and Anna Bay, all just a 5 to 15 minute drive away.
