This is our family home, we rent it out as an entire place when we go away. We are friendly, welcoming and happy to help anytime. We have a very clean and well organised household. Our location and quiet cul de sac is second to none! We have great kitchen facilities, skylit shower-room, internal laundry facilities, lounge and dining room and a small leafy back garden.brSurry Hills is probably the most vibrant part of the inner city hub. The village of cafes restaurants ranging from world class establishments to your regular fish and chip shop. We live behind Crown St on peaceful quiet cul de sac but literally seconds from all of the action. We are also very close to China Town, the City, Centennial Parklands, Prince Alfred Park and a range of other major activities. Once you arrive at our house, you'll understand why we live in the very best location!!!brBuses, trains and taxis are literally a stone's throw away!!!brAgain, we are a young family. We lead a peaceful and quiet lifestyle and expect the same in return from our guests. Also, we are super hygienic and clean. All bedding is new and washed after each house guest stays.
