Soldiers Point lies on a peninsula that juts out from the southern shores of Port Stephens and separates the eastern third of the port from the western two-thirds. It is surrounded by absolute waterfront. With stunning waterways, tranquil bushland and calm safe swimming beaches all on offer, you ll never want to go leave.
This is a great location for you to watch the sunset over the water.
It s close to the popular Nelson Bay, and shares many of the same traits as its neighbours. There is a fine marina, a relaxed lifestyle and calm beach waters. The jetties on either side of the point offer great fishing.
Soldiers Point Marina provides the perfect hub for exploring the magnificent waterways and hinterland of Port Stephens - a region covering nearly 1,000 square kilometres of scenic diversity, mild weather and extensive tourist facilities. Totally rebuilt to world-class standards, the marina offers the boatowner a state-of-the-art base, with a quality of services and facilities rarely seen on the eastern seaboard.

Pets are NOT welcome at this property.

The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A 500 Security Deposit (Pre-authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.

    The location is amazing and unit is comfortable and clean. I would urge against young children or kids scared or dogs staying here. The unit complex has a large dog that roams off leash and the owner is rude. The dog chased my young son from outside up into the building and barged into the unit running around. We had to tell owner to go get it and no apology. Dog later stole belonging and ran off. Last time we stayed the same dog ate our picnic. We asked owner to put dog on leash and he said that he owned the building and would not be putting leash on and people need to put up with it.

    Location perfect. Complex parking was difficult as we had 2 cars. The apartment was good, but the beds were all very uncomfortable as was the couch.

    Fantastic unit, right on the beach, very well set up. The twins were into every cupboard, so had to buy latches. Also no child friendly plates or bowls so we bought them as well. We left the latches, plates and bowls in the unit for the next family, other than that we were very satisfied with the unit

    Amazing views from the lounge perfect for sunrise viewing. Myself and 3 girlfriends enjoyed a very relaxing 3 nights. Would CB love to stay again

    Right on the beach, this property allowed the parents to relax on the balcony while watching the kids on the beach. It was the perfect spot for a mid-winter break.
