Clean and freshly painted. Major renovation to living space and kitchen in 2025. Both baths renovated last two years. Easy access to the beach and marina. New marina steps away this summer and tiki bar. Bedroom configuration changed to three queen beds per listing, 6 person max. Prior to renovation we had bunk beds, so may read that in reviews. brbrFor those who want to cook you can enjoy the open kitchen stocked with all the cooking materials you need; or cook out on the gas grill and relax after a day at the beach and enjoy the sunset. Grocery and Drug Store are very close by. brbrParking allowed in right side of garage and on street parking as well. No paying for parking. Within walking distance to many great restaurants - including the Wharf just at the dead end of our street (just 50 yards away) where you can enjoy a meal and entertainment on the outside deck overlooking the water (in season). brbrOur property was rented for the full summer for the 2022 and 2023 summers, so that is why not a lot of more recent reviews. Property is exactly as described and we think you will enjoy the most recent renovations!
