Spacious Wildwood Condo: Walk to Beach!

Accommodated for two families with a total of five kids between 5 - 10. Separate rooms were great for kids (girls room & boys room) plus the two bed rooms for adults. Surprisingly more spacious and within walking distance of everything we needed. Will look to book again!

We got rained in because of Hurricane Erin. Was hoping for a waterpark day and 2 beach days but mother nature had other plans. Atleast we had a nice, cozy place while being stuck inside while down the shore. Would recommend and stay again.

The property was very well maintained and clean. It was close to some restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. It felt spacious despite it being a condo. It was nice having extra beach chairs and wagons. Getting in and out of the driveway is a little tricky but that is my only real complaint.

We were in wildwood for a cheer competition. The house was close by to the convention and restaurants all around. Perfect spot and beautiful place!

My all adult family enjoyed the property. The photos and description were accurate. We had a little confusion when checking in, but the property contact person was immediately available and quickly answered our questions. The main issue is a restaurant/brewery directly across the street which was very loud Saturday and Sunday. Luckily the bedrooms are in the back of the unit so the noise was somewhat less there. It's unfortunate that the property is situated across from this noisy enterprise because the unit itself is great.

WOW, this place is amazing! So clean! So BIG! Beds are comfy. The location was perfect...not too close to the beach and craziness but perfectly in the center of it all. The restaurant across the street is a MUST! We used the amazing balcony to people watch and that sure was a lot of entertainment. If I had to say anything about this property needing improvements would be more towels for showers/baths. We had multiple cars (we traveled from Michigan), we had 2 spots at the property then parked in miscellaneous spots in the neighborhood about 2 blocks away. It worked. The owner responded immediately when I called him about the additional parking. I would definately book this rental again!

Enjoied our stay. The good;The home is new and very beautifully decorated. Has everything you need for a short stay. Love that it included the towels and linens as well. The rooms are large and beds and pillows soft and comfortable. The photos were acurate and thought it was even better in person. Some great restaurants in walking distance, loved Marvis Diner and there is a Starbucks two short blocks which was great becase we forgot to bring coffee with us the first night. Grocery store and walgreens also just a few short blocks. The host and neighbors were great. The beach is 2.5 long blocks away and the section of the boardwalk where the shops and restaurants start are another 5 short blocks from there. A few things to note; We went to check in at 4:00 and cleaners were still there so had to wait about 15 min. Saw this on previous reviews too but I guess this has not been solved yet. Not sure why the cleaners can't seem to get out by 4:00 when check out is at 10 am. It is close to the beach but on the busy main street heading into Wildwood so lots of traffic. Did not feel comfortable walking with small children so even though it was close to the beach we ended up driving and paying for parking which was not ideal. MudHen Brewing is directly across the street and plays loud outdoor music all day from about 11am to 11pm. I did see this on previous reviews and didn't think it would bother me but didn't realize just how loud it actually was. Overall it was a nice stay.

Plenty of space for our 2 families of four plus one. Enjoy open concept kitchen and living space

Beautiful accomadations for a multi generation family getaway. We enjoyed having enough space for everyone to relax and enough bathrooms when it was time to get ready. The downfall was on our check in day, we arrived at 4:30 and cleaning crew was still in driveway while check in was at 4. There was an extreme amount of garbage lined up against the wall in the garage from the previous stay. Our contact said they would be back to haul garbage away that evening. 3 days later with promises each day from her, the garbage remained. Our car was so stinky even after a day out. Our only saving grace was the very nice downstairs tenant who did the owner a favor and took all the garbage out to the curb for us the night before garbage day. The inside of the property was very clean aside from the floors that left our feet black. I hope they figure out how to manage when a previous stay leaves the place dirty because this was overall a very nice stay.

Wonderful modern property, great convenient location!!! Very responsive guest contact. Would definitely stay again!!
