Tenants are responsible for ordering linens and towels, these are NOT INCLUDED in any rental periods. One parking space is assigned to unit # and tenant MUST fill our tenant form at least three days prior to arrival. VRBO Guests - a booking confirmation will be sent via email after reserving. FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKING INQUIRIES: Please ask Host or inquire with Broker.*** All tenants are REQUIRED to fill out the Private Rental Guest Registration form 3 days prior to check in.
