We fell in love with this big, old house for beautiful features that just can’t be found in new construction: stained glass windows, inlays in the hardwood floors, glass doorknobs, and tall, intricate moldings along the baseboards, entryways, and fireplace. One step inside and you’ll fall in love too.brbrThe main floor consists of living room, large dining room, kitchen, butler's pantry, gaming/cards area, and full bath with shower stall and stackable W/D. Freshly updated in 2020 with new, clean furniture and new flat screen TV with streaming apps. Kitchen includes new (narrow) dishwasher, brand new fridge/freezer and gas stove/oven. Basic countertop appliances included. Out back is a deck with grill and eating table for 6. Out front is a wrap around porch for relaxing, lounging, playing or eating. **The porch was completely rebuilt in Spring 2022- pictures not yet updated to reflect improvements.**brbrUpstairs you'll find 4 large bedrooms (3 queens plus a bunk room- twin over full). Each has large windows and beautiful natural light. One queen room also includes a Pottery Barn crib. Pack n Play available as well. There are 2 full bathrooms on the second floor- one hall bath and one Jack & Jill. Both include showers/tubs.brbrContinue to the third floor to find 2 more bedrooms with twin beds (2 in one room, 1 and a chaise lounge in the other).brbrThe home is tastefully decorated with new (2020) furniture, paint, and refinished floors. It’s incredibly child friendly with lots of space to play, a Pottery Barn crib, bunk beds, and kids equipment (infant tub, bouncy chair, high chair, etc). brbrThere is a small backyard with an outdoor shower and storage shed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, seasonal beach tags, and sand toys included. (Note: backyard, shower, and shed is shared with first level apartment. Apartment is used only by the owners, never other tenants.) brbrLinens (sheets, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels) are provided. brbrWalk in any direction for a few minutes and find the beach & boardwalk (4 minutes), cafes, ice cream, pizza, Walgreens, dim sum, Italian food, Chinese food, liquor, hoagies, brunch, and fine dining.brbrA peaceful residential street with friendly locals so we ask that renters be 25 and older. brbrPLEASE NOTE: There is not garage or driveway, parking is free on the street, but first-come, first serve. With amenities like heating, AC, free standing fireplace, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, 7 beach badges, tons of shower towels and beach towels, beach chairs, and all of the faux fur you can imagine you'll have everything you need. The house has a long driveway that can fit at least 2 vehicles, and there are typically plenty of on street parking spaces. The backyard is fully fenced in, and includes lounge chairs, a dining table, a fire pit with kindling and wood included, and a Blackstone. Did we mention that the house is not just pet friendly, but pet obsessed! We have dog toys, beds, cow ears, and water bowls that stay at the shore specifically for your beloved canines. Can't wait to get out Caesars is a 7 minute drive (we timed it!), and the outlets are 3 miles away. Ventnor is at the narrowest part of the island. On our end of town, it's only 4 blocks wide, giving you a short walk to the Beach AND Bay. Ventnor is known for its beautiful boardwalk that connects to the famous Boardwalk in Atlantic City and the longest ocean fishing pier in NJ.brbrOur home is located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, cafes, a movie theatre, and obviously the beach. We are two blocks from Ventnor's South Pier, the main hub of the town, where you will find a lot of different entertainment options. We are also two blocks from the bay, which offers beautiful views of the water and wetland grasses. We think we are located on the BEST street in town.brbrGETTING AROUND :brOne of the best features of our home is its close proximity to most of the main attractions in Ventnor. You’re able to walk to the beach. There are tons of great bars as well as Italian, Mexican, gourmet, and organic eateries nearby. Atlantic City, Longport & Margate, are only 10 to 12 Minutes of Driving DistancebrbrPLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL OF THE ASPECTS BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTYbrbr1. Kindly refrain from booking this unit if you intend to host any form of event, party, or large gathering. We would like to emphasize that such activities are strictly prohibited. Please be aware that our building and stairways are equipped with exterior cameras and noise detectors.brbr2. Should you require an early check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Please note that an additional fee of $70.00 will be charged to prioritize the unit for early check-in by 1 PM. Similarly, a late checkout fee of $70.00 applies for extensions until 1 PM.brbr3.
