Each bedroom has private bathroom with shower, one of the bedrooms in addition to shower has a hot tub. Hardwood flooring in each bedroom, sandstone flooring in living area. Stainless steel appliances, a bar, and more for the adults. With the beach less than a block away kids can spend all day between the heated pool with diving board and the beach/ocean! brbrBedrooms/Bathrooms: Our home features four large, spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The bedrooms are spread out so that guests have privacy. brbrThere is a fifth bathroom with shower in laundry room so your guests don't have to walk through a bedroom to use a bathroom. brbrKitchen: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, wine and soda refrigerators, a standing refrigerator, and a standing freezer. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with pots and pans if you prefer cooking. Don't want to eat in the dining room, eat in the breakfast nook instead!brbrDining Room: The dining room seats 8 and looks over the pool and whirlpool.brbrBar: The bar has a refrigerator. Sit on the bar stools as your bartender makes your drinks!brbrLiving Rooms: Our home has two seating areas. Looking for a nice getaway on the Jersey Shore Well, you’re in luck! This place has everything. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath raised-ranch has a front deck, a beautiful living room, an elegant kitchen, a huge backyard, 6 people sleeping,All the amenities you need (washer/ dryer, dishwasher, TVs in every room, Wi-Fi). New construction! Available for a limited time!brbrThe house has lots of great features. The front porch gets a great breeze from the island because there is water on all four sides of the island. The front porch is sunny in the morning and the back patio is sunny in the evening. The inside of the house stays pretty cool all the time. There is a park with water access one block away. There is a coffee shop and a liquor store and a seafood place and two restaurants three blocks away. There is a CVS within walking distance. The beach and boardwalk are seven blocks away and less than a ten minute walk. It is very easy to bike to Brigantine via the Atlantic City boardwalk and to Longport via Atlantic Ave. I rode my bike all the way to Cape May this summer along the ocean.
