On the first floor, a convenient half bath is always within easy reach.brbrStep outside where you’ll find the fully enclosed backyard that offers plenty of room to spread out or play yard games or fire up the propane grill for your summer barbecue.brbrEntering the main house requires 1-2 steps. The bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs which takes about 15 steps and there is a hand railing to assist in walking up the stairs. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area, especially during the summer months.brbrThere are two units on this property. This is the `main house` and the other is the `in-law` suite. The backyard is a shared space as the `in-law` suite is access through the backyard. It should be expected that the in-law suite will also be rented out to guests while you stay here. All pets must remain on a leash in the backyard.brThe Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay. br br- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. br- Pets in yard must remain on leash br- Absolutely no parties or events. br- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. br- No drugs br- No underage consumption of alcohol br- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels. br- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. br- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. br- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. br- No Candles, wax or open flames. br- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. br- Do not put anything down the drain. br brThe person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay. br brWe are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out. br brAny violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
